1. License Grant

TestHive grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the TestHive application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Scope of License

You may:

• Install and use the TestHive application on your devices
• Create and manage user testing projects
• Access and use the platform features as intended

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the application
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the application for illegal purposes

3. Data Collection and Use

The TestHive application may collect and transmit certain data about your use of the application. This includes:

• Usage analytics and performance data
• Test results and participant interactions
• Account information and preferences
• Technical information about your device and connection

All data collection is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this EULA.

4. Third-Party Services

The TestHive application may integrate with third-party services including:

• Payment processors (Stripe)
• Cloud storage services (Supabase)
• Analytics services (Google Analytics)
• Communication services

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

The TestHive application and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of TestHive. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or service marks.

6. Updates and Modifications

TestHive may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the application. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and delete all copies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The TestHive application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TestHive be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of the application.
